The Scottish Government's Climate Week begins today (Monday 28 September) and it provides an opportunity to look at one of the biggest challenges on the road to net zero: decarbonising freight.

HGVs account for nearly 13% of Scotland’s surface transport emissions, yet 90% of Scotland’s HGVs are operated by fleets of fewer than 10 vehicles.
