Non-Executive Director - SFTi nominated hubCo Director

For this position, we’re looking for a person who can bring strong governance insight and a practical approach.

Ideally, you’ll have experience, or an understanding, of Public Private Partnerships, along with previous non-executive board experience. A sound knowledge of good governance and Directors’ duties under the Companies Act is also important.

We value a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to get involved in the hands-on aspects of the role, including project approvals and payment approvals.
