Scottish construction firms allowed 'gradual' return
Peter Reekie, chief executive of the Scottish Futures Trust, said: "Following today’s announcement by the First Minister, I am pleased to say that the construction industry can now move on to the next stage of its restart plan - a soft-start of actual construction."
